Jessamyn Fitzpatrick has a weakness for red wine, extremely smelly cheese and spending far too long getting out of bed.
Jessamyn was born and raised in Chicago, where she first discovered a passion for theatre in the park districts.
She graduated from Reed College in Portland, Oregon and wrote her senior thesis on feminist theatre and realism.
Upon returning to Chicago Jessamyn began performing with various Chicago companies including Redmoon Theatre, Corn Productions and The Chicago Mammals, and has toured with Catharsis Productions’ Sex Signals, which is aimed at sexual assault prevention. A huge advocate of using performance to explore sexuality and gender, she has also performed as a burlesque dancer.
Jessamyn is a proud teaching artist at TimeLine Theatre.
